Ph.D.-afhandling om sammenhængen mellem MR-fund og
lænderygbesvær. Afhandlingen viser at en række MR-fund er
relevante i forhold til rygbesvær: f.eks. Modic
forandringer, spondylolisthese, discusprolaps, hvis der er
nerverodspåvirkning og en række andre degenerative
forandringer. Fedt i ryggens muskler har også betydning.
